Returns & Refunds



Because we create custom items, we only replace or exchange items on a case-by-case basis. Claims will be assessed and processed at the discretion of Canyon Lake Products. If you need approval for a replacement or exchange send us a message here for approval.

Late / Missing Funds

If you qualify for a refund but have not received your refund in 7 -10 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
