Our Promise

We'll work diligently to have your order filled and shipped out as early as possible. Your satisfaction is our motivation, and we want to get you your order to you as quickly as we can.

  • All orders are processed upon receipt.
  • We kindly ask that you allow up to 3 business days for processing and filling your order as your product is packaged and shipped.
  • Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for weekends, holidays or non-business days.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping method will be selected at checkout.
  • Packages are shipped in the order they are received.
  • Your package will arrive usually within 7 business days or less from the day you place your order.

Standard Shipping

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 2 - 3 business days for delivery based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders received after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully! Canyon Lake Products reserves the right to make corrections and to limit refunds and replacements if an address error is made. Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Shipping To PO Boxes

We can deliver to PO Boxes and APO or FPO addresses. We also deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be processed the following business day. Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following US holidays:
